How to use the triathlon training pace calculator
  1. Select the triathlon type OR simply enter a distance.

  2. Enter your target time for each discipline. Your target training pace will be displayed, based on the interval you select. eg. Pace/100m.

  3. 'Nudge' your pace times using the +/- buttons. Your new target times will be displayed along with an updated total target time for your race.
